Leadership
A world where we “all” thrive in right relationship to each other and our planet requires wholehearted leaders — leaders who act bravely with a lived understanding of our interdependence and relationality.
This kind of leadership begins with cultivating our aliveness, connecting with our power, and taking responsibility for what we are here to build.
Jodie embodies this approach and cultivates agency, imagination, and transformative change in people and processes through coaching, strategy, teaching, collaboration, and infrastructure design.
Wholeheartedness becomes possible when we can accept our full selves, embrace our identities, and feel that who we are is enough. From this place, we cultivate aliveness, develop inner power, and grow the courage to be seen.
Jodie partners with people and communities that are systemically undervalued—those who know the experience of being othered and understand the impacts of inequality and injustice. As they claim their dignity and joy amidst adversity, they begin to imagine and build what is needed.
Their leadership is essential to realizing a world where care, belonging, and equitable opportunity are not only possible, but created.
Jodie has accompanied hundreds of changemakers as they realize breakthroughs and advance our society toward thriving, just, multiracial communities.
Through her partnerships with adrienne maree brown, Rockwood Leadership Institute, and Change Elemental, she has contributed to the development of transformative leadership practices while advancing regenerative approaches to organizational development and infrastructure building.
Across these efforts, she has developed Our Agency Method to support leaders and communities building what they need in an ever-changing, complex world.
